  2. Anderson, for inclusion in the library.  Thanks Howard!

  4. I have slightly modified the gwin.doc file to remove embedded carriage
  5. return characters, and the leading blank page, to make viewing the file
  6. with various text viewers more pleasant.  I have been careful to maintain
  7. the 66 lines per page formatting, with a blank line at the start and end
  8. of each page, which should leave it just as printable as before.
